Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and district leaders in overseeing pharmacy operations.
