CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to help cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district and to support pharmacy teams under the Pharmacy Manager’s guidance. You will contribute to safe, accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services where permitted.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and will be able to travel as required within the district, supporting patient care and access to

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district.
