Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps in stores across the district.
• Assist with safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and guide the team to follow procedures.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Support access to care and patient outcomes through clinical services where permissible.
