Job summary

Active pharmacist license in the state plus an NPI are required; DEA exclusion check; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
- Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
- Support pharmacy inventory management and immunization services across the district.
