Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure patient safety and accuracy.
• Provide immunizations and counseling, and coach the team.
• Travel within the district to fill shifts and support managers.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy workflow procedures and regulations.
