Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
• Monitors productivity and analyzes performance data and financial reports.
• Coordinates with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
• Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales to determine pricing and promotions.
• Updates and enforces the organization’s operations manual and policies.
• Hours of operation are 8a to 5p Monday through Friday; on call 24/7/365 for emergencies.
