Canteen North America is seeking a District General Manager to lead a cross-functional team serving 500+ accounts across the territory. You will provide strategic direction to hit operations and financial goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget management, and a proactive approach to safety, engagement, and community impact through collaboration with Sales, Retention, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of progressive management experience in micro-market, vending, OCS, retail or related field.
• Proven leadership with contract and budget oversight, customer service excellence, and people development.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver service to 500+ accounts within the territory.
• Oversees planning, direction, and achievement of operations and financial goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and audits; maintains client relationships and community engagement.
• Drives profitability, safety, engagement, and KPIs across the district and region.
• Partners with Sales, Retention, and Finance on proforma, proposals, and budgeting.
