• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and leadership experience in education or a related setting.
• Experience meeting licensing requirements and managing a center’s operations and budget.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall center performance, enrollment growth, labor management, and family experience.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations with compliance to licensing rules.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and quality.
• Ensure curriculum fidelity across classrooms and provide actionable coaching to improve teaching quality.
• Deliver a responsive, relationship-driven family experience and strong onboarding for families.
