Job summary

Premier District Management seeks a confident Assistant District Manager II to learn client needs, solve problems, and keep projects progressing on schedule.

Under the District Manager, you’ll direct operations across Community Development Districts, with potential for advancement to District Manager. This role requires administrative acumen, budgeting awareness, and strong communication with board members and vendors.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Administration or Management desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration desired but other areas acceptable; Masters preferred.
• Equivalency: experience and education may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CDD meeting agendas and attend CDD meetings when requested by the District Manager.
• Attend board meetings, identify follow-up tasks and ensure Board requests are completed as appropriate.
• Coordinate district projects with vendors, board members, engineers and/or attorneys when appropriate.
• Handle correspondence on behalf of the districts when appropriate.
• Annually review district budget revisions and invoices.
• Assist with public relations and notices as required by law.
