Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in fire alarm and sprinkler service operations.
• Hands-on experience with Kitchen Suppression systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems, including inspections and service.
• In-depth understanding of NFPA codes and local fire regulations.
• Prior experience leading or managing service technicians.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• NICET certification (Fire Alarm and/or Sprinkler).
• Manufacturer certifications for fire alarm and suppression systems.
• Experience working directly with AHJs and fire inspectors.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
