Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a District Manager to own district success by leading Service Valets and managing service delivery across apartment communities. You will spend significant time on-site with your team and clients, balancing field leadership with relationship management.

This role emphasizes accountability, team culture, and consistent execution to earn client trust over time. You will recruit and develop your team, inspect properties, and maintain safety standards in a dynamic field

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a field operations, service, or facilities environment.
• Strong communication skills for relationships with frontline workers and clients.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your district, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections for quality and compliance.
• Provide on-call support to team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers through site visits and prompt communication.
• Identify and resolve service issues before they escalate.
• Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to property staff.
• Coach and develop team members and manage reporting across systems.
• Support new community launches and onboarding coordination.
