Community Concierge Services in Raleigh, NC seeks an operations leader to oversee doorstep trash collection across our market. You will manage end-to-end activities, from field leadership to administrative tasks, ensuring flawless nightly execution and strong client relations.

The role requires a hands-on leader willing to work late, with a focus on problem solving and proactive communication in a fast-growing company environment. Night shifts and weekends are required as routes run daily.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership style with willingness to work late nights or on a route if needed.
• Strong communication, proactive and solution-focused.
• Experience managing people, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring nightly execution.
• Hire and train porters to CCS standards.
• Conduct employee audits and on-site quality checks.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and clients.
• Handle scheduling and ensure full coverage for pickups.
• Manage employee logistics, including safety gear and payroll forms.
• Respond to on-site operational issues such as equipment failures or staffing gaps.
• Maintain nightly reporting, payroll, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in community onboarding and resident orientations.
