Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is hiring a Lead Merchandiser to ensure product availability and optimize merchandising across designated accounts. You will write replenishment orders for weekend accounts, maintain accurate inventory records, and liaise with the Merchandising Supervisor, Account Manager, store staff, and management.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow an ordering methodology, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years of general work experience including communication skills, teamwork, ability to follow an ordering methodology, math skills, and business judgment.
• Must be able to use a personal automobile during business hours.
• DSD merchandising experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto liability insurance, and driving record within policy guidelines.
• Lifting 50+ pounds and light merchandising duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product levels in beverage sections across accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Build and maintain product displays following company standards.
• Keep back-room organized and manage trade breakage.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication and follow-up.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Transport and replace Point of Sale materials as needed for accounts.
• Rotate products and maintain merchandising standards in designated accounts.
• May train new or existing merchandisers on standard activities.
• Place and transmit replenishment orders for weekend or other exceptions.
• Serve as point of contact for merchandisers when supervisor is unavailable.
