Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and leadership needed for distributor and retailer partnerships.
• Ability to analyze market data and drive annual business plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular calls with wholesalers and retailers to meet objectives.
• Develop local market plans and drive execution of programs at wholesale and retail levels.
• Lead distributor management and sales team to achieve annual targets.
• Manage co-op budgets and POS materials with distributors.
• Communicate progress and results to cross-functional teams.
