Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent job experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular call frequency with wholesalers.
• Develop local market plans to meet sales objectives.
• Lead distributor management and sales team efforts.
• Ensure proper inventory levels and rotation.
• Prepare and review annual business plans with Zone Manager.
• Coordinate co-op budgets and merchandising standards.
• Present sales updates to distributor teams.
