Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor P&L by store and address gaps between actual performance and projections.
• Prioritize issues affecting profitability and resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws at district level.
• Coach store managers and support store employees to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee retail operations, KPI tracking, and store openings.
• Collaborate with marketing on merchandising and promotions.
• Plan staffing levels and hiring in partnership with HR and leadership.
