Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with increasing responsibility and multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; big-box retail management or equivalent education/experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area.
• Maintain full profit and loss responsibility aligned with company objectives.
• Deliver superior customer service through well-run, friendly stores.
• Drive area sales growth to meet or exceed targets through effective supply, inventory, and merchandising management.
• Recruit, train and develop store teams; optimize scheduling and staffing for performance.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention and expense controls.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities to store teams clearly.
