Public Storage seeks a dynamic leader to recruit, develop, and manage a front-line customer-facing team, driving service excellence and sales effectiveness. The role emphasizes coaching, vendor management, and maintaining high operational standards across assets.

The position focuses on leveraging analytics to identify opportunities, delivering a welcoming environment for customers, and leading a district-wide strategy to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience in retail/service/hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 5 Saturdays per year during peak season.
• Relocation ability for growth and promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engaged team, recruit, motivate and retain front-line employees.
• Provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies and ensure effective communication.
• Manage assets, vendor relationships, and maintenance standards; oversee audits and safety compliance.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and coach team to improve retention and reduce delinquencies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through a well-maintained environment and responsive inquiry handling.
• Grow and maintain the business using analytics to identify trends and opportunities in the district.
