Public Storage seeks a results-driven leader to recruit, coach and build a high-performing frontline team while upholding brand standards and operational excellence. You will manage asset maintenance, vendor relations, and audits, ensuring a welcoming environment and top-tier customer service.

In this role you’ll leverage analytics to spot trends, implement growth strategies across the district, and mentor staff to deliver sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in retail or service industries.
• Strong communication and time management skills with a track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team of customer facing hourly front-line employees.
• Drive your team with effective communication and provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies.
• Managing physical assets including repair and maintenance systems and processes, vendor management and cleaning standards.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and coach to reduce delinquency and improve retention.
• Conduct monthly property audits and ensure safety and operational standards are met.
• Provide a welcoming and well-maintained environment and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Drive business forward using analytics to identify trends and implement district-wide strategies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and team members.
