Job summary

Family Dollar in Charleston, SC is seeking a District Manager to lead 15+ store teams across the district, driving profitability and customer service excellence.

You will recruit, coach, and develop store managers, oversee merchandising, operations, and budgets, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment while traveling up to 50% to support the district. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 5 years of retail experience with multi-store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach store managers to meet business objectives and develop talent.
