Job Description:

This position manages, coaches, develops, and motivates Sales Representative teams, implements sales plans, achieves company and supplier goals, maintains account relationships, and performs administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Make sound judgments daily, analyzing complex situations.
  • Create and communicate vision throughout the division.
  • Inspire commitment and lead change.
  • Cultivate an environment for high achievement and personal development.
  • Develop and empower team members.
  • Establish accountability standards and leverage team diversity.
  • Construct yearly business plans with product forecasting and budget management.
