Job summary

Prime QSR is seeking a District Manager to effectively lead Restaurant Managers and Assistants, ensuring exceptional guest service and strong sales growth. You will drive profitability by reviewing weekly reports, optimizing staffing, and executing training programs across restaurant units.

You will recruit leadership, manage operations, and implement marketing plans while upholding Prime QSR's values and policies. This role requires hands-on leadership across lunch and dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience with multiple General Managers supervised.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance; conduct Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with quality, friendly teams.
• Lead training and development to build an A-player bench.
• Oversee district P&L and ensure profitability with proper controls.
• Lead lunch and dinner shifts and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Recruit and hire management; maintain talent for growth.
• Execute marketing plans and product trainings; monitor POP and menus.
• Provide energetic leadership and positive attitude to align with values.
• Audit inventory quarterly; maintain equipment and use approved vendors.
• Forecast annual sales and profits with General Managers.
