Job summary

Prime QSR, an Arby's Franchise Operator, seeks a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers in delivering exceptional guest service and achieving sales and profit goals.

You will drive performance, train teams, oversee staff levels, and ensure strict adherence to brand standards. This exempt, full-time role requires a strong track record in quick-service supervision and P&L oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are staffed with quality, friendly teams scheduled effectively.
• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service; conduct an Area Operations Review quarterly.
• Attain the District P&L Budget; review paperwork to ensure controls and accuracy of numbers.
• Work lunch and dinner shifts; lead with a hands-on District Manager approach to guest service.
