Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business management or equivalent.
• State Real Estate License required within 60 days of start date.
• Minimum 5+ years in general management with 8+ direct reports.
• Minimum 5+ years in operational or related role.
• Valid driver’s license; excellent verbal and written communication, planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned district portfolio.
• Mentor, train, and coach the district team to meet potential.
• Drive rental growth and occupancy; monitor rent collection, leasing activities, and HOA compliance.
• Analyze monthly financials to increase profitability and adhere to budgets.
• Coordinate with Property Operations, Leasing, New Development to execute strategic district vision.
• Handle special-case properties and implement resident retention programs.
