Job summary

Public Storage in New Jersey seeks a dynamic leader to build and develop a high-performing frontline team, acting as Brand Ambassador and driving operational excellence across our properties in the Jersey City region.

You will recruit, coach, and retain hourly staff; oversee asset maintenance, vendor relations, and safety audits; and apply analytics to grow the business while delivering outstanding customer service on a Monday–Friday schedule. Relocation allowed for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing non-exempt teams in retail, service, hospitality or related industry.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 6 weekends per year during peak season.
• Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.
