Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Corporate District Manager to lead store performance across Southeast Florida. You will manage Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure a consistent, elevated client experience at every location.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking with hands-on execution, financial discipline, and people leadership in a fast-growing skincare retail environment. Travel between SE Florida stores is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading multiple stores or units.
• Strong P&L and budgeting experience.
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive store performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Southeast Florida corporate stores' performance and operations.
• Lead Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, retention, and consistency.
• Own district P&L, labor, and controllable expenses; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze KPIs and trends; implement margin and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards and guest experience across all locations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop district Store Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Finance, HR, and leadership.
• Support openings, onboarding, and launch execution for new stores.
• Monitor client feedback and drive loyalty initiatives.
• Travel regularly between SE Florida locations to lead in person.
