Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across 8–12 convenience stores in Florida. The role emphasizes building strong store teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering a superior customer experience.

You will collaborate with Store Managers and vendors to ensure consistency and profitability, while mentoring leadership staff. The position requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in retail, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or management preferred; 3–5 years retail management experience may be substituted.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising others required, preferably in convenience store/retail operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of 8–12 convenience stores.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and vendors to ensure sites are clean, stocked, organized, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Hire, train, and mentor the management staff for the assigned area.
• Maintain high level of customer service through daily interactions with customers, team members, and vendors.
• Oversee adherence to procedures and standards and manage budget and payroll.
• Review and influence profit and loss statements; control expenses.
• Support loss prevention, inventory management, and employee relations with HR guidance.
• Complete daily paperwork and project work; lead special assignments as needed.
