Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, audits, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• 40+ hours/week with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, customer-focused teams.
• Motivate teams to exceed sales and service goals.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage expenses, optimize budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies.
