Job summary

Burger King in Miami is seeking a District Manager to oversee five to six restaurants and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

You will lead a multi-unit management team, partner with the corporate office, and implement operational plans to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance. Travel to assigned restaurants will be regular, and coaching will develop store leaders.

Qualifications

• P&L and restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple stores.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant management team to achieve guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Develop operational plans to support initiatives and improve performance.
• Review guest feedback and drive local community presence.
• Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant managers.
• Manage profitability through sales, cost control, and labor efficiency.
• Conduct weekly reviews with RGMs to drive improvements.
• Ensure wage-hour compliance for all employees.
