Job summary

Gravy Train Restaurant Management is seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee operations and profitability across approximately six Pizza Ranch locations within your district in Iowa/Illinois. This role requires a commitment of at least 50 hours per week and frequent travel within the district.

You will lead General Managers, drive revenue growth, uphold food safety and brand standards, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all restaurants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
