Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant units, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across districts. You will manage General Managers, develop leaders, and execute strategic plans while maintaining superior guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years in a leadership capacity within multi-unit restaurants, strong communication, and a focus on cost management and people development. A demanding, 50-hour week is expected.

District Manager Summary: As a Blaze Pizza District Manager, you are responsible for the success of several units within a state. As an integral part of the success of our business, the District Manager is supported with the tools needed to succeed and grow in our Blaze Pizza organization.

Responsibilities:

Oversee our management staff and develop top talent within our restaurants.

Serve as the liaison between your District units and the corporate office ensuring strong communication.

Strong focus on daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.

Highly skilled in guest relations, business and financial management, and motivating teams.

Maximize sales and profits by setting the standard of excellent customer service.

Supervises, train, motivate and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve operational excellence.

Exemplifies a continual sense of excellence striving to perform quality improvements.

Supports the cultural initiatives of the Company and drives the Blaze Pizza Training principles.

Audit and review management teams for sales-building plans, people development and operational issues.

Implements annual strategic plan for area restaurants.

Conducts regular performance reviews; cash, sales and labor audits.

Ensures franchise standards are enforced and met.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-units preferably in a restaurant environment.

Some experience overseeing and supporting Restaurant Managers in an assigned area.

Ability to attract, develop, and retain high performing work teams.

Outstanding leadership skills and be able to motivate a diverse team.

Possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.

Ability to work a 50-hour work week.

Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.
