Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a District Manager to lead multi‑unit operations across a district, drive growth, and ensure safety and high quality childcare. You will supervise School Directors, manage budgets, and partner with teams to deliver engaging curriculum and strong enrollment.

Travel about 75% is required, with a focus on improving financial performance, licensing compliance, staff development and a positive learning environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for the District Manager position.
• Must meet all standards and requirements relating to education and experience as set by the state and accreditation agent.
• Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted financial goals and other business metrics.
• Monitor budgets and financial metrics and communicate best practices.
• Develop enrollment strategies and community partnerships to maximize school enrollment and sales revenue.
• Travel onsite to assigned schools a minimum of 75% of working time.
• Monitor licensing compliance, school cleanliness, and employee records; coach Directors accordingly.
• Conduct annual safety audits and report to child protection agencies as required by law.
• Support accreditation efforts with the Accreditation Team and Education Department.
