Shoe Show Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 12 stores across TN, AL, and GA. The role requires strong multi-store leadership, coaching store managers, and achieving sales goals.

You will manage operations, enforce company policies, and drive loss prevention while traveling to stores in a company-provided vehicle. This regional position is based around Fort Payne, AL.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of direct multi-store DM experience in retail.
• Experience managing multiple stores and coordinating district operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to stores.

Mansioni

• Oversee operations for 12 stores (6 in TN, 4 in AL, 2 in GA).
• Evaluate store manager performance and mentor staff.
• Drive sales goals, enforce policies, manage loss prevention, and merchandising.
