SHOE SHOW, INC. is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 12 stores across TN, AL, and GA from the Chattanooga, TN area. You will lead store managers, travel in a company-provided vehicle, and drive sales while enforcing policies and loss prevention.

The role requires 3–5 years of DM experience in retail, strong leadership, and excellent communication to coordinate with staff and Home Office personnel. Travel is a regular part of the job.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of District Manager experience in retail required.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting to Home Office and staff.
• Wamiliar with travel across assigned stores.

Mansioni

• Oversee 12 stores (6 in TN, 4 in AL, 2 in GA) and manage store managers.
• Travel to stores in a company-provided vehicle and assess performance.
• Drive sales goals, enforce company policies, and manage loss prevention.
• Train, coach, and provide corrective action as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees, applicants, customers, and Home Office.
