• Available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and retain top management and sales talent.
• Create a monthly schedule ensuring balanced staff coverage.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stock room standards.
• Direct and implement SHOE SHOW, INC. strategies, promotions, and directives.
• Lead bi-annual inventories.
• Up to 25% travel as needed.
