Job summary

Third CoastDistributing, doing business as NAPA Auto Parts, is seeking a District Manager for the 100-mile radius around Victoria, Texas. You will lead multiple store locations, drive district sales, coach Store Managers, and ensure operational excellence and safety standards.

The role requires strong P&L acumen, people leadership, and the ability to travel between locations (approximately two or more days per week). The district typically comprises 9–12 stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in automotive after-market multi-unit retail management.

Responsibilities

• Drive total district sales and profitability.
• Develop and monitor sales performance metrics, adjust plans to improve results.
• Build and coach store teams to deliver high levels of customer service and business results.
• Conduct P&L reviews with store managers and develop action plans as needed.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit within the district.
• Partner with HR on hiring, development, coaching, and termination.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching and training of direct reports.
• Ensure proper inventory management and minimize shrinkage.
