Job summary

Third Coast Distributing, doing business as NAPA AutoParts, seeks a Store Manager in Corpus Christi to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver sales growth and exceptional customer service.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires hands-on leadership, inventory control, scheduling, and adherence to standards to drive profitability and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail management, preferably automotive aftermarket.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cataloging.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and business results.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and operations while maintaining key metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members for succession planning.
• Foster accountability and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Oversee inventory controls to minimize shrinkage and maintain availability.
• Manage labor and expenses, including scheduling and timecard approvals.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, coaching, and development activities.
• Maintain safety, policies, and a productive work environment.
• Lead continuous improvement for efficiency and customer experience.
