Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated district. You will ensure exceptional customer service, adherence to SOPs, and achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in district/multi-unit management in automotive or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven revenue targets achievement.
• Ability to analyze financial data and drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally outside it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations within the designated district.
• Ensure staffed locations deliver exceptional customer service.
• Enforce SOPs to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance with standards and policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and revenue.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff.
• Monitor financial performance and plan profitability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
