Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple locations within the district.
• Ensure locations are staffed with trained employees delivering exceptional service.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of location operations for compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and revenue.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
