You will analyze financial performance, implement SOPs, and drive district marketing efforts. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in multi-unit management are preferred, with travel within the district expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management role in the automotive industry or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and operational objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple locations within the designated district.
• Ensure locations meet customer service, efficiency, and revenue targets.
• Staffing of locations with competent, trained employees delivering quality service.
