AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stations within the assigned district, driving profitability, growth and client satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while partnering with corporate ops and the product team to implement strategic initiatives.

The role demands 5+ years in multi-station management (P&L) and 7+ years in freight forwarding, with a Bachelor's degree; IATA/DG certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years multi-station management with P&L and staff leadership.
• 7+ years experience with domestic and international freight products.
• Strong communication, leadership, and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Actively manage P&L metrics of stations within the district to meet growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead, recruit, train and develop staff; align local leadership with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to meet budget and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, customs and other regulations; uphold safety and security.
• Coach teams through performance KPIs, metrics, and ongoing development.
• Drive operational and cultural strategy across domestic and international products.
