Job summary

Public Storage in Houston seeks a District Manager to lead, manage and develop a portfolio of multi-unit locations. You will drive sales, oversee a front-line team, and act as the brand ambassador with a strong focus on exceptional customer experiences.

You will guide operations, audits and vendor relationships, use analytics to identify opportunities and implement strategic improvements. Monday–Friday schedule with growth opportunities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; relocation for growth opportunities may be required.
• Experience managing operational audits and vendor relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop people; recruit, motivate and retain a front-line team.
• Coach staff on customer service and sales strategies and provide effective communication.
• Oversee asset maintenance, vendor management and cleaning standards.
• Manage delinquent tenant processes and coach team to reduce delinquencies.
• Conduct monthly property audits ensuring safety and operational standards.
• Create a welcoming environment through maintenance and vendor management.
• Drive growth using analytics and communicate with customers and peers.
