The role requires leadership, merchandising, and recruiting experience, with frequent travel up to 50% to support district operations and audits. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with merchandising is required.
• Previous recruiting experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Multi-unit retail management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop store leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster growth and development of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours and store audits.
• Ensure inventory shrinkage is managed across the district.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional, safe stores.
• Develop relationships with associates, leaders, and communities served.
• Travel up to 50% with overnight stays to support district operations.
