Job summary

Prime QSR, an Arby's franchise operator, seeks an experienced District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and drive guest service, sales, and profit across multiple units. You will hire, train, and coach leaders, execute marketing plans, and ensure strong shift leadership and customer satisfaction.

You will manage staffing, implement training programs, monitor inventory, and uphold Prime QSR values across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience with supervision of multiple General Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment including standing, walking, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed with quality, friendly teams.

• Lead recruitment and staffing for all restaurants and manage shifts.
• Ensure marketing plans and product training are executed.
• Provide strong leadership and maintain Prime QSR objectives.
• Audit inventory quarterly and maintain equipment with approved vendors.

Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed at levels with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver outstanding Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Conduct an Area Operations Review (AOR) at each restaurant every quarter.• Ensure a bench of “A” players through effective execution of all training and development programs and succession planning.• Attain the District P&L Budget Plan. Ensure profitability of restaurants by reviewing weekly and periodic paperwork to confirm all controls are in place and reported numbers are accurate.• Work lunch and dinner shifts. Ensure every restaurant delivers exceptional guest service through strong shift leadership, consistent systems, and a hands-on District Manager approach.• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants, and maintain a bench of talent for future growth.• Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements. Schedule and lead all new product training and follow-up.• Provide leadership by fostering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to Prime QSR's objectives.• Audit inventory at each restaurant quarterly.
