Job summary

Prime QSR, an Arby's Franchise Operator in Columbia, SC, is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, ensuring exceptional guest service and profitability. You will drive sales, oversee staffing, and coach teams to execute brand standards.

Responsibilities include daily/quarterly operations reviews, talent development, and end-to-end P&L oversight. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on district approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including supervision of multiple General Managers.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales with targeted strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to deliver guest service excellence.
• Conduct Daily Business Review and Area Operations Review quarterly.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a bench of talent for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and product training occurs.
• Audit inventory and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Forecast annual sales and profits with General Managers.
