Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an experienced District Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will lead a team of Store Managers, drive district performance, and implement company initiatives across locations.

The role requires flexibility to travel, manage budgets, and coach managers to meet profitability targets. A bonus may be earned based on district performance, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Direct supervision of six to eight Store Managers and coaching them.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and budgets.
• Willingness to travel between locations and flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a team of Store Managers to execute company initiatives.
• Coach and develop leadership talent within the district.
• Recruit proactively to improve district talent level.
• Ensure execution of new company initiatives and policies.
• Review district and store performance and act on trends.
