• 7+ years of Retail Management experience required.
• Willingness to travel across markets within the district.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar stores across a district to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee store expenses, payroll budgets, and staffing to drive efficiency.
• Review operational reports, monitor store profitability, and set long-range goals.
• Coordinate promotions and pricing to maximize sales performance.
• Open and/or close stores and coordinate new store openings within the district.
• Develop store managers through coaching and guidance to improve KPIs.
