Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation in New York. You will mentor and coach a team, drive sales, and uphold Burlington values with integrity and customer focus.

As MOD, you will oversee daily merchandising, operations, and staff development, manage staffing and payroll budgets, and collaborate with district and regional teams to deliver results. Experience in retail management is essential; flexibility a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a big box or specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising and Sales teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for accuracy of inventory.
