Job summary

Rally House in Livonia, MI seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple stores, develop Head Coaches, and drive district sales and operations excellence.

You will build leadership depth, ensure standards are met, and guide performance across locations, including store visits and corrective actions. Travel up to two weeks per event may be required.

  • Support Head Coaches on performance management, engagement, and culture building.
  • Lead talent calibration, hiring decisions, and development plans.
  • Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and follow-up to ensure accountability.
  • Set district priorities and ensure SOP compliance across all stores.
  • Drive district-level sell-through, merchandising standards, and customer experience.
  • Own district sales, payroll, and profit performance data and drive action.
