Job summary

ModWash is seeking a District Manager to standardize and optimize daily operations across multiple car wash locations. You will lead a motivated team of General Managers and drive top and bottom-line results in a dynamic environment.

Expect extensive on-site engagement and frequent travel to ensure consistent high-quality service for customers. The role requires 6+ years in leadership, multi-unit management experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-unit management (car wash a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities for all assigned locations, ensuring efficient performance.
• Engage with General Managers on-site and travel to sites (minimum 90%).
• Connect with General Managers daily to discuss site wins, opportunities, and strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to assist GM in recruiting and hiring.
• Conduct weekly site visits and develop talent through mentorship and career paths.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, membership sales, and retention goals in collaboration with Regional Director.
• Own sites’ financial results through daily operations and accountability.
